If applicable, please remember to include the disclosure slide as the first or second slide of your presentation(s).
Our preferred presentation format is Microsoft PowerPoint with a 16:9 aspect ratio. You may upload any other presentation types. Please note, Keynote will be converted to PowerPoint which may cause a loss in animations and other features. Stop by the Speaker Ready Room to review your presentation(s) before your session.
If your presentation(s) requires the use of video and/or audio, please make sure your video and/or audio is embedded (Learn how here.) Add the word “Video” and/or “Audio” to your filename when you upload your presentation(s) . This helps us review your presentation(s) for any issues prior to show. Visit us in the Speaker Ready Room for review or help!
The deadline for online submissions is 24 hours before your session starts. This allows our team time to review your slides. Preferably, visit us in the Speaker Ready Room for last minute submissions.
